The Joint Law Office of Petar Petrinić and Vojko Braut was established in 2014 and has, for many years, provided legal support to both domestic and international clients in accordance with the highest standards of the legal profession.

Petar Petrinić Lawyer
Born on 28 April 1984 in Rijeka. He graduated from the First Croatian Grammar School of Sušak in Rijeka in 2002, after which he enrolled at the Faculty of Law of the University of Rijeka.
He graduated in 2009 and subsequently joined the Rijeka-based law firm Vodopija & Matić as a trainee lawyer. In 2014, he was admitted to the Croatian Bar Association as an attorney-at-law and, together with Vojko Braut, established a joint law office.
In his legal practice, he primarily focuses on property law matters, land registry proceedings, damages claims, enforcement proceedings, administrative law, maritime domain matters and related concessions, as well as legal issues concerning the establishment and activities of foundations and institutions.
He is proficient in spoken and written English. He served as a member of the Rijeka City Council during the 2021–2025 term.
Vojko Braut Lawyer
Vojko Braut is an attorney-at-law with extensive experience in representing and advising clients in civil, commercial, administrative and public law matters. His work combines legal practice with an in-depth understanding of the public sector, investment processes and complex legal relationships, particularly in the fields of real estate, construction, spatial planning, the law of the sea, maritime law, and administrative and public law.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Rijeka and passed the Croatian Bar Examination in 2012. He works professionally in both Croatian and English and holds the Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English.
He began his legal career as a trainee attorney in Rijeka. In 2013, he established his own law office, and since 2014 he has practised in a joint law office with attorney-at-law Petar Petrinić.
In the fields of real estate, construction and spatial planning, he provides legal support in the preparation and implementation of investment and development projects. His work includes resolving property-related legal matters, advising on spatial planning issues, obtaining and challenging construction permits and other building approvals, drafting and negotiating construction contracts, handling land registry matters, and representing clients in construction, property and administrative disputes.
In the fields of public and administrative law, he advises and represents clients in administrative proceedings and administrative disputes, as well as in matters concerning the operation of local and regional government units, public institutions and other public-law bodies. He has particular experience in drafting and interpreting general acts and public-law decisions, handling concession and municipal-services matters, and providing legal support for projects involving an interplay between the public interest, administrative proceedings and property-related legal matters.
In the fields of the law of the sea and maritime law, he advises on matters concerning the maritime domain, concessions, the determination of maritime-domain boundaries, maritime-domain management, and legal issues relating to seaports. He has further developed his expertise in maritime law and marine insurance through training provided by the North of England P&I Club, now NorthStandard, one of the world’s leading mutual Protection and Indemnity insurers.
rom 2021 to 2025, he served as Deputy Prefect of Primorje-Gorski Kotar County. Before that, he was a member of Rijeka City Council, a member of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County Assembly, and a member and subsequently President of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County Civil Service Tribunal.
